I am a trauma-informed spiritual director with roots in the Trinitarian Christian faith. Who I am as a spiritual director flows out of who I am as a human. I am a husband, father, and follower of Jesus. I have been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years. I am passionate about the intersection of spiritual formation, mental health, and restorative justice. I love to laugh, dream, and wonder as I wander, read, sing, exercise, cook, and work with wood. I long to see people and communities flourish in God’s shalom. My prayer is that we would become more alive and more aware of God’s love as we tend to what is present in and around us through holy listening.
